Terms of Service

These terms cover everyone who uses Diabetes Collective — people shopping for products, vendors selling them, and community members sharing what they've learned. We've tried to write them the way we'd explain them to a friend.

Last updated: June 1, 2024

In plain language

  • You need an account in good standing to buy, sell, or post in the community — and you're responsible for what happens under it.
  • Vendors keep ownership of their storefronts and pay us a commission on completed sales; certain items (like counterfeit devices or prescription-only medication) are never allowed.
  • We provide product information and community knowledge, not medical advice — always follow guidance from your care team.
  • If something goes wrong, our liability is limited, and we handle copyright issues through a standard DMCA process.
